Guest Speaker Jermey Jones AM, is an international authority on interfaith dialogue, racism and human rights. He has dedicated his life to promotng freedom from racial and religious discrimination, persecution and harrassment. In 2007 he won the Australian Human Rights Medal for his work against racism and has become a leading figure in interfaith relatinships and human rights advocacy.
The evening provides an opportunity for people of all faiths to gather in friendship for good food, good company and much laughter. Council Chair, Monsignor Frank Marriott encourages anyone who would like to help build a peaceful, culturally rich and inclusive community to come along.
