Constitutional law expert, Professor Anne Twomey, returns to her home parish to speak about the referendum. Anne is a member of the Constitutional Expert Group, which has provided the Referendum Working Group with legal support on constitutional matters that relate to the referendum, including the Referendum questions and constitution ammendments.
